i have a newest nouvo lc model (2012) , starting 1000KM i can push my bike to 110-115km/h only and change tyre every 3 month and 2500km for oil , 6000 gear oil and spark plug . after that i realize my bike is not fast enough to chase 135lc 120km , so i remove the air filter ( engine jerking when hit obstacle ) , remove exhaust ( no speed increase , very loud ) , remove air induction system ( some jerking when throttle hard , and backfire when throttle off ) , until 12000km my bike only can do 110 km/h , so i started work on CTV i changed faito 12 g roller rpm is lower when running( top speed same , acceleration decrease a lot ) , and again i changed uma 9g roller rpm is higher ( acceleration improve a lot , top speed the same ) the sweet spot of roller weight is 9g , 8g roller maybe will affect top speed . And now i realize we can not hit top speed because of the gear ratio of CVT is not enough we need a over range variator now my bike 21000 km

What about fuel cut that all yamaha got? Yamaha msia install it to limit speed 110km. Buy from thailand ones.

Sekadar perkongsian.
Sy dh guna ego s fi selama 2 tahun.
Dari tak pandai buka set cvt,
skrg dh boleh repair & tukar sendiri sliding roller pd berbagai berat.
Sy upgrade sendiri front pulley,
Tukar sendiri clutch belakang.
Hasil nya speed motor ada naik sikit ajek,
Dari 96km/h kpd 106km/h.
Selepas itu sy tukar high cam racing,
Top speed pn sama jg,
106km/h.
Jk nk dpt lebih top mmg nk kena guna size piston yg lebih besar.
Utk motor injectn ni,
Nk kena tukar ecu lg,
Nk kena tukar throttle body lg,
Nk kena tukar injector lg.
Jk tak tukar,
Performance top speed motor sama shja.
Jk dah tukar blok besar tp tak tukar injector,
Minyak(petrol) tak cukup,
SoSo Enj motor akn jam,
Time tu Rm 600 pn x cukup nk repair enjin motor tu.

Kena tukar cdi yg no cut.
Motor yg guna carburator ni lg senang nk upgrade bg laju berbanding motor injectn mcm ego s fi sy ni.
Jk Nk upgerade,
Kena buat semua,
Tak cukup modal Rm 2K tu.

Tumpang tya.. Motor sy x leh nk star.. Klu Boleh pon jln skit ja.. Mati.. Pastu jalan lg.. Mati.. Kenapa ya.. Karburator sumbat kot

Kenapa nouvo lc cabut bateri boleh mati engine... 😓Mmg gitukh...
Search dgoogle guna TCI.. Adakah betul atau ada kerosakan sebaliknya
